Responsibilities and Activites

I led the design of Qunomedical’s core platform, focusing on simplifying treatment discovery, doctor profiles, and appointment booking. Collaborating with Qunomedical’s founders and engineers, I ensured the design aligned with the company’s mission to make healthcare more transparent and accessible. User research and feedback informed iterative improvements to the booking flow and personalized features. I developed prototypes to test new ideas and worked closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation. Additionally, I helped shape Qunomedical’s visual identity and designed responsive solutions that improved accessibility across devices.

Problem

Junomedical (now Qunomedical) set out to connect patients with high-quality medical treatments and clinics worldwide but lacked a platform to bring this vision to life. There was no existing product or framework in place, requiring the design and development of the entire platform from scratch. The challenge was to create an intuitive, end-to-end experience that simplified treatment discovery, provider comparison, and booking while building trust in a sensitive and complex industry. Without a clear and user-friendly interface, patient drop-offs were high, and engagement remained low.

Solution

I designed Junomedical’s full platform from the ground up, crafting a seamless experience that guided patients through the process of finding, comparing, and booking medical treatments. Starting with user research, I developed intuitive interfaces for treatment discovery, provider profiles, and appointment scheduling. Personalization features and a simplified booking flow were introduced to reduce friction and increase conversions. I also established a cohesive visual identity that reinforced credibility and trust. The final product scaled across devices, enabling Junomedical to expand services and improve engagement with patients globally.
