As Director of UX at Adjust, I led the redesign of the Adjust Suite—an advanced mobile marketing and analytics platform used by global enterprises. Responsibilities and Activites
I directed a cross-functional team of Product Designers, UX Researchers, and UX Writers, overseeing the end-to-end redesign. This involved facilitating stakeholder workshops, gathering cross-functional input, and aligning UX initiatives with business objectives. I collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to address key pain points and enhance user efficiency. A significant focus was placed on simplifying intricate data visualization tools, refining reporting interfaces, and ensuring that Adjust’s powerful features remained intuitive and accessible. I spearheaded the development of a new design system that unified the platform’s aesthetic and interaction patterns, allowing for faster product development and consistency across teams. Additionally, I focused on growing and mentoring the UX team, establishing processes for user research, design critiques, and prototyping.
