Responsibilities and Activites

I led the product design process and collaborated closely with engineers, Horizn Studios’ leadership, and stakeholders to redesign the online shop. The focus was on enhancing user experience, improving mobile performance, and streamlining the purchase journey. Key initiatives included refining product pages to showcase craftsmanship, simplifying product discovery, and integrating immersive brand storytelling. I introduced scalable design patterns to balance luxury aesthetics with performance. I also led A/B testing to optimize checkout flow, reduce cart abandonment, and increase conversions. By aligning closely with engineering teams, we ensured seamless implementation of design solutions, improving performance and scalability across the site. The redesign supported Horizn’s international growth and direct-to-consumer strategy.

Problem

Horizn Studios, a luxury travel and lifestyle brand, needed an e-commerce platform that reflected the craftsmanship and innovation behind their products.
