Responsibilities and Activites

I was responsible for overseeing and executing the full redesign of Project A’s brand identity, redefining the company’s logo, typography, color palette, and motion principles. I led the redesign of all digital platforms, including the website, venture portfolio, and investor portal, ensuring that the new identity was consistently reflected across touchpoints. A key focus was developing a scalable design system that unified the company’s marketing materials, event collateral, and presentations. I collaborated closely with internal teams, venture founders, and external agencies to align the new brand identity with Project A’s investment philosophy and operational values. Additionally, I implemented UX and UI improvements across digital platforms, enhancing usability, navigation, and engagement. The project also involved developing a motion identity that brought dynamism to Project A’s communications, reinforcing the company’s innovative approach to venture capital.

Project A’s previous branding and digital touchpoints no longer reflected the company’s growth, evolving market positioning, and expanding role in the venture capital space. The brand lacked differentiation from competitors, and its online presence failed to communicate the full extent of its value to startups, investors, and partners.
